In 1998, Jimmy became one of the first USA Triathlon coaches to be certified at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. He has coached and personally trained thousands clients in the United States, Mexico and Europe from 5K to Sprint Triathlon to Ironman and Ultra Distance running.
Jimmy graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is currently the Fitness Director at True Life Center for Wellbeing. Within the True Life Center model, Jimmy works with patients using Neuromuscular Adaptation (NMA) alongside his integrative wellness team.
As a coach and consultant with over 40 years of international elite/amateur racing experience, Jimmy has mastered the art and science of triathlon. You will quickly realized his coaching ideology is unmatched.
